It is believed by many individuals that studying online is more efficient than going to campus, although others might disagree. Studying online would be time-saving and effective at the same time. But there can be little drawbacks such as lack of communicating and too much comfort.
On the one hand, many people usually prefer studying online, the purpose of it is having vital benefits. The reason for it being crucial is that, for example, if one’s daily life schedule is busy, taking online courses would save a good amount of time. To provide some evidence, studying on campus requires transport which takes time to arrive for the needed destination, in our case – campus. Besides, waiting for a bus or a taxi could steal significant studying hours. In addition, studying online is efficient, it does not take much time on the transportation, although the homework and tasks are just the same as offline studies
On the other hand, there might be some cons with studying online. The lack of communication might lead people to become more anxious and nervous when speaking. Because, learning online does not require face-to-face speaking. Making conversations can get harder if the student is not used to real life conversation. Furthermore, when studying online, people might get too comfortable. It is not really needed to wear formal clothes as white tops and black bottoms. It is also important that when feeling informal people tend to feel free from their duties. It can lead to getting too comfortable and not doing the given tasks
To conclude this essay, online learning has both the upsides and downsides. It is time-saving and effective, although can lead to getting too comfortable and feeling free from their duties.
