It is often believed that some people are born with natural talents, for example, sports or music, while others are not. On the other hand, some people argue that anyone can be trained to become skilled in sport or music. In this essay, I will discuss both views and share my own opinion.
Some people seem to be born with special talents. For example, Beethoven, the famous musician. He started to show his amazing musical skills at a young age and succeeded in producing music. In the sports circles, there are a lot of athletes who are stronger and faster, such as Muhammad Ali, and LeBron James. And in the art world, there are also a lot of talented artists. Such as Da Vinci, and Van Goh. These individuals often reach success more easily because they have a natural advantage over others who do not have the same talent. In many cases, these people continue to develop their abilities and become famous professionals in their fields.
On the other hand, many believe that with enough practice and being hardworking, anyone can achieve these skills. Hard work indeed plays an important role in becoming successful. For example, in sports, coaches always emphasize that regular training and practice can help anyone improve their skills. The same can be said for music, where many famous musicians only became successful after years of learning and practicing.
In my opinion, both views have some truth. While some people may have natural talents, hard work, and training are also necessary to achieve high levels of success. Even those with no initial talent can improve greatly if they work hard and have good teachers. Therefore, I believe a combination of both natural talent and dedication is the key to success. But if anyone with talent or no talent doesn’t train their skills, it will become useless.
