Opinions are divided on whether to be unemployed or have a job ,that is not engaging.
In my view, unpleasant job can impact negatively on personal well-being ,however if people stay unemployed they will face several financial and social difficulties. For that reason, I support the second viewpoint .
One of the main reasons ,why job is essential for human, is financial insecurity. Permanent work offers stable salary and without stable income person may struggle with paying for housing ,food , education and other necessities. Therefore, financial difficulties cause many other problems such as stress and anxiety for future. For instance, most of the homeless people,who live in awful conditions and mentally unstable in western countries became homeless due to unemployment ,it is a vital example for what can drive unemployment.
Despite no job satisfaction and fulfilling career in desired field, employment provide a lot of other facilities for personal evolvement . Initially ,job deliver for person sense purpose and routine, without aim people will lose motivation and social interaction. For example ,by communicating with collegues ,person can release stress and feel daily energized . Secondly , stable wage support adults to feed their family ,because they should also pay for all needs of their children . Eventually, if person accomplish successful career in other field and financial independence,it would give dozens of opportunities in life and contribute to dream life .
To sum up, not everyone get their desired job, however employment support us to be financially independent and stay in touch with society.
