Some people argue that teenagers need to work as a part-time employee to possess responsibility skills and obtain their own money, whereas others think that they rather should be concentrated on study. From my perspective, though, job experience might learn to some skills, but education in the modern society have an indespansable role amoung young people, as they are our hope to bright future.
On the one hand, the minorty of people cannot provide good quality of education to their children due to shortage of money. Therefore, teens just to support their parents can find a job which will teach them to such a crucial skills as responsibility and persevrance by also earning money. Moreover, they can study for their personal money and gain a work experience at the same time which will make their probability to acceptance to well-paid job higher. For instance, after graduating, while other students without any experience will apply for a job, those who hadve worked at least in part-time job will be prioritized by employers
On the other hand, young people by chasing money more likely will be distracted from study, even do not assuming that it will give them more opportunity if they finishes it to high grades. Having even a part-time job will not let them use their full capacity in their study path, so it might contribute to eliminating from educational centres or to low grades which will influence to their future career.
In conclusion, work conditions exactly will aftect to their study. But if the individual can handle with both of them, in my view, there is no specific reason to worry because it is better for him to do that. Otherwise, teenagers ought to leave their job if it exhaust them
