Everyone has their own belief regarding any topic or issue. Some agree with the statement while others disagree. Today we will discuss about the age of retirement as many thinks it should be decreased while others believe that individual should work as long as they like it.
In first case, a lot of person thinks that the age to call off a work should be less because of age factor. Many adults cannot perform good physically because of their age factor. Surely the abilty of someone to work decreased as they grew up older compared to young ones. Old Folks get tired early and cannot give their best at workplace. It’s for their own good to say goodbye to an organization while they are getting old.
On the other hand, some belives that older individuals should work as long as they want it. In few cases they maybe right about it, just because of the experience older people shares. Their abilities to handle bunch of scenarios surely be much greater rather than workers with low age and expertise. So having a expert one would be sometimes delightfull and benifits the organization in hard times.
In my opinion, someone should get take retirement early. Like in the age of 55 one should call off from their workplace so he or she can enjoy rest of the life peacefully. No doubt they were extraordinary in doing what they were doing back then, but one should grab opportunity in time for themselves to enjoy the rest of life at peace.
