It is argued that expert workers should not recruit to rich countries from poor countries because the poor country needs the skilled labours more. I partially agree with this view, while I also believe that it is essential to employ people from poor country so that they could make their country prosperous.
The reason behind my argument that skilled labour from poor countries should not get selected to work by the developed countries is deterioration. If the skilled workers of a poor country move to the rich country, the development of that country would become difficult and if every skilled person start leaving the country the country would not prosper. As a result, the prospects of improvements would experience a deterioration.
On the other hand, if the developed countries do not employ the skilled workers from an undeveloped country they will remain in the darkness. This is because, when a person moves to a higher country, he is likely to be more skilled as the techniques would be better as compared to the lower country. This would led to make their own country developed when they would return. Moreover, when they would be working in another highly economic country, they could take part in country’s betterment by sending remittance.
To sum up, I would like to restate that though it is not good for people who are skilled at work to migrate to another rich country, it is also a facility to play a role in developing the poor country.
