Many people argue that it is the most effective way to stimulate juveniles to take healthy foodstuffs at school. However, others say that parents should be responsible for teaching children to eat healthy foods. This essay will discuss both views and explain why I believe parents are more responsible for their children to eat healthy diets.
Some people prioritize that schools have a significant responsibility to teach students to learn healthy dietary plans. Since children spend a large proportion of their daytime at school it provides an ideal environment to teach them about good health diet shape and the importance of a healthy diet. Additionally, schools can provide healthy foods to encourage children, not only healthy meals but also include nutrition lessons in the curriculum and create a culture that boosts kids’ motivation to eat a good diet. For instance, several European countries include nutrition lessons in their curriculum and they provide healthy meals as well, resulting in children’s brain and health growth increasing dramatically.
On the other hand, some believe that parents should be the primary influence on a child to grow a proper healthy food habit. They argue that to develop their earliest habits at home, it is the responsibility of parents to ensure that nitrous food is provided and healthy habits are reinforced daily I agree with this view. Parents are significantly responsible for growing proper healthy diet habits in children. In this case, governments should introduce children’s diet-related training programs for parents also governments can provide subsidies that can stimulate parents to ensure children’s healthy diet. For example, nowadays many African countries introduce different types of training and incentive programs for countryside children, parents are very happy about that, and they try to ensure their children’s nutrition.
In conclusion, while school-based program plays an important role in teaching children about healthy diets they should not be the only focus. For a truly healthy young generation, the parent should take primary responsibility to teach their children to learn healthy diet habits.
