Nowadays, technological advancements have given rise to a new product called artificial intelligence (AI). Some proponents believe that there is a plethora of benefits if it is brought into the workplace. Even though it also has drawbacks, these are outweighed by its benefits, because this new discover has proven to help people in any kind of tasks.
In this modern world, populace is presented with two options: to adapt to ongoing improvements and enjoy their benefits, or resist them and bear the consequences. One of example of this case is using this feature in work environment. On one hand, employees may disagree with any kind of automatic technology because several reason. Firstly, opponents think that if workers are getting used to do their project with AI (which is all parts will be done automatically), they cannot really know the process, everything will be finished instantly. Secondly, it might be unfair for them whose abilities are limited, such as the elder generation.
It is undeniably that every development will spark widely controversy, albeit manageable. There is no time to learn the theory anymore at work, it has to be done at school. Moreover, AI with all of its features is a soft skill, and it can be learned by doing. Instead, AI will be a tool that can help a company to improve significantly. Initially, perhaps its role just to support several parts of the task, like translating document, writing an essay, or making a proposal. But eventually, this can be a main machine for an institution in running business. Hence, employees can take another role in different position that is related with creativity, and the company can be more effective.
In conclusion, technological developments revitalize human life. Resisting on this is pointless effort; otherwise adhering to it indeed leads to positive impacts. I argue that individuals should be willing to using AI to complete all their jobs since learning it is not difficult; they can learn as they go.
