Therefor thousands of persons dies and it’s gives negative impact on the economy of the nations which has fixed and strict punishment should be there to spread threat among that people and reduce that type of big attacks. For instance, 2 years ago one of terrorist authority which attack on Indian army as a result of that attack hundreds of officers dies, Indian government give answers with air strike on their headquarter and finished their all launching pads which give strong statement to them.
On the other hand, Other chunk of individuals argue that some times persons want not do crime but that particular situation as well as poor financial condition gives motivation to break the law so court should be taken into account these things when deciding the punishment. For example, many time poor financial condition some youngsters goes on wrong path do some malpractices or break done the laws to improve economical condition in this situation before to give punishment they should understand their situation try to change their thought process by counselling or give small punishment.
In conclusion, crime is increasing day by day in my opinion government should built strict law against savior crimes such as rap, murder or terrorist attack; however, in some cases such as mal practices or child labor always account motivation behind that law breaking according that try convince them to do hard work instead of crime.
