Women are enough capable to join army and police forces but many individuals still disagree with it. I believe that women have been underestimate by society, so we need to change our misconception about their strength and abilities.
All the female have the potential to do any kind of work like army, police and etc. They can be plan, fight and related to this task. Their determination must be achieve goal. For instance: All the parents are now open to think about their daughter profession without hesitation, they are always prepared to do all kind of jobs.
Many individuals still do not understand women’s strength. They held the same wrong assumption continuously in their mind which was females cannot participate in military and related to this field. They thought females did not have enough strength to fight. For example: my neighbour’s aunt was not sure about her daughter’s profession as her daughter wanted to joined the police force. However, she had some doubt in her mind which was she did not have enough strength to join.
I believe that the thinking is improved of all the aged people. They are now allow all the girls to make their goals. Girls are now very interested to join the force. They are so passionate about the army and police training. They set a goal to achieve this milestone and Which was very hard in the past.
In conclusion, most of the people are now understand the women strength and value in work sector except some person. They have all the qualities of army and police force but they are neglected by the society in the past.
