Unquestionably, every coin has two side and so all the society people are divided into two groups therefore some people beleive that young people make more profit to a company and others things older person are more important in comparison to young people has becoe a topic of debate amoung the people before commenting on my view, Both views must be discussed.
Initiating with the points of first school of thought young people do more work to make profit for their company that leads to various benefit in different field. Moreover, young people are more energetic and creative. Sometime company require physical strength and labour intensive that is the main reason comapany hire younger human.
On the contrasting side, few people also had another view point that older mankind had many years of experience of working. In addition, another main aspect of the mentioned statement is they are more likely to brodean their horizon and older worker is too loyal for their company they always focous on company growth not just their profit.
In my opinion, both experince and physical work play an incredible role in the company. For example, both are like an wheel of the car, even one of is missing we cannot drive the car. To grow the value of the company they have to choose both young and old people.
To conclude, we cannot say because both are vivid for company, if we balance between the number of older and youth. So, it would be company increasing tremendous success because that both generations have different mindset and very important skills. Which is more valueble things for the industry whose they both work nowdays.
