Some people noticed that humans have made too many decisions and choices in recent years. Personally, I firmly agree with this thesis. This essay will discuss and explain my point of view.
Initially, one of the most common reasons that force people to make a lot of decisions is the FOMO psychological syndrome. ‘FOMO’ means fear of missing out, and this syndrome has been extremely well-known among adolescents and young generation in recent years. Because of the fear of missing out on fancy trends or news, humans have forced themselves to make too many decisions every day. Furthermore, due to the development of the local economy and society, companies have to vary and diversify their products, in order to satisfy customers’ demands and create a good impression for consumers.
Moreover, the reason people have too many choices also depends on their lifestyle and mindset. Such as careful people usually decide thoughtfully. Therefore more pressures they have to suffer and the more caring they have to pay for different options and making decisions also give people some special feeling such as independence and feeling that they have their own mindset and consistency.
In conclusion, although humans have too many choices and it also causes some detrimental pressure on them, too many decisions make people’s living conditions become more complex and interesting than in casual life.
