Nowadays the education is of paramount importance, specifically for young learners. Considering this, I contend that a greater deal of goverment money being spent on adolescents’ pastime is a fairly sensible decision.
Due to the fact that many students might devote more than a half of the day to studying, they eventually omit the significance of spending quality time. To elaborate, young people are overloaded with their academic assignments, consequently, when they finally have free time, they do not accumalate it reasonably. For instance, an exhausted student would simply prefer scrolling TikTok rather than participating in sports activitie. This trend might evoke health and mental issues in the long run.
One more essential point is the shortage of options and activities for students to engage in. When students are eager to dedicate their spare time to the rest or some hobbies, they cannot merely find the certain centres or clubs for that. A pertinent case in point can be seen in my hometown in Russia. As a person who is interested in learning languages, I do not attend offline speaking clubs since they are absent. As a result, I am at a loss how to spend my free time.
In conclusion, the need for government financial support is a contentious matter in the public discourse. My firm conviction is that this measure is very much needed as the students might eather plunge into poor quality rest or lack the free-time activities at all. Government funding can enhance young people’s leisure time and give the opportunities for the varied recreation.
