In these days as many people work and spend many hours in their workplace,their interactions with their colleagues have increased inevitably,so it lead to extensive discussions about this issue,some people enjoy spending most of their time with their colleagues while others don’t prefer to spent the rest of their time with the people in their work place.personally i am one those ones who do not like to spend more time out of work hours with my colleagues.
In my opinion spending leisure time is a risky decision and completely depends on the personality of those colleagues,it means that they may do not have the capacity of being friendly with them and this issue can turn to be a crisis in your life,they may enter your personal life and achieve some information about your life and then abuse it in against you to hurt you in your work life,they may not the right person you think they are and it need to avoid becoming friend with them.
If we look this issue from other aspects,we find that we communicate with our colleagues long hours every day and if we decide to spend rest of our time with them it may become exhausting for us and after few days the dealing with them can be challenging because it is boring to struggling with our colleagues everyday even after work hours.
To draw the conclusion of the survey it is not my preference to have fun with my colleagues and spending leisure time with them.in my opinion although having good relationships with our colleagues in our workplace is significant and can be very motivative and foster our abilities in our profession,we should not expand these communications to other aspects of our life such as our leisure times unless they know their personality and characters completely to ensure that they are secure persons.
