In my opinion, spending leisure time with colleagues can be beneficial, but it should not completely replace private social interactions.

If individuals spend all of their free time with colleagues, they may struggle to maintain relationships with family and friends. Therefore, the best approach is to combine both – enjoying time with colleagues occasionally while also keeping space for family, friends, and personal hobbies.
