With the changes in social norms and people’s attitude, people have different views on whether walking and jumping are the best to stay healthy. While there are clear reasons to this approach, I believe that going to gym is more useful for our health care.
Proponents of jumping and walking cite various reasons to support their stance. When people go to jump and walk, they are beneficial due to their cost effectiveness, and usefulness. For example, people do not need to pay an attendance fee for jumping or walking areas because it does not require any specific areas. Additionally, these activities helps them steer away sedentary lifestyles, explore the nature and, meet new people. As a result, in a time when people challenge with loneliness and stress in the realm of solitary and isolated lifestyles, as well as hectic schedules fueled by heavy workloads and personal and professional duties, these outdoor activities are useful to refresh their minds.
On the other hand, I belive that going to the gym is the most proper way to enhance our health both mentally and physically. If people are involved in sport activites, they help them strengthen their overall health by doing regularly without considering any weather conditions, and find out their capabilities and weaknesses, all of which lead to strong discipline and personal growth. In addition to these, there are many people, who are different walks of life. While training, they can foster their communication and collaboration skills by talking.
To sum up, while walking and jumping are good for our health due to their cost-effectiveness and opportunities, I believe that going to the gym plays a greater role in building strong mental and physical health.
