There are many advantages of rent a house for example , If you go to other countries for a while, You should rent a house or apartment. Nowadays houses are really expensive for living therefore many people would like to rent a house in Uzbekistan or other countries. If people don’t have enough money to buy a new house, they have to rent a house for a while. For example Some people rent a house or car to use and they will be glad.
But more and more people prefer to buy a new house because they think, it is my own house I can go there whenever I want. The biggest problem is it is very expensive. People need a gigantic down payment, and they must pay taxes and repair costs. If something breaks, they have to pay for it.
In conclusion, Renting is better for people who want lower costs. I think Renting a house is cheaper than buying a new house. If they want to buy their own house, they will buy. But nowadays mechanic works are so expensive.
