Whether working as a part of a team is better or working alone has become a main topic for debate all around the globe. Some people proclaim that working alone offers several advantages such as clear focus and relatively effective results. However, I, considering that team work is more interesting with its mixture of various ideas, find it difficult to believe, and I think working in a group is better for time consuming projects.
To begin with, when people have to finish a certain type of project as soon as possible, they basically opt to work on their own without any external destructions. The reason why they work without other helping hands might be linked to many factors. A clear focus is something that can only be achieved in atmosphere mentioned above. Many short period plans tend to require single hand and perhaps this is why they are supposed to give rather effective results.
On the contrary to the previous notion, there are some groups of individuals who put group working over working alone. According to them the advantages come along with working in a team are undeniable. For instance, working in a team is way more interesting than working alone, as there will be a chance to exchange ideas, and to think deeply about the topic itself. In addition to this, consistency is another factor why many people choose coworking as a safe way of making a progress. In the conditions of working alone all depends on just one person while in group working the members of the team can be changed, making it function through relatively longer periods.
In general, while working alone offers access to many advantages, working as part of a team makes the progress even more continuous. To my mind, for limited-time projects working alone brings better results whereas for works that require long-time progress coworking is the best option.
