A few individuals believe that a new town should have gardens and sports facilities, whereas others think that educational institutions should be there. However, I support the latter view.
On the one hand, people believe that, while constructing a new town, there should be garden and sports facilities available because they think that these improve people’s health. For example, individuals can exercise and walk in garden areas, whereas children can play safely. Moreover, building sports centers, like gyms where people can exercise, or sports clubs where youngsters can play any sport they want, would be beneficial. For example, playing more outdoor games or doing regular exercise improves people’s health, maintaining physical and mental well-being.
On the other hand, people who believe that more educational institutions should be built think this because more academic buildings in a new town will improve people’s education and the local economy. For example, as more people become educated, more development will occur worldwide, job opportunities will increase, and children will gain more knowledge from good schools.
In my opinion, I support the latter view because I think that people need better education for a good life rather than garden and sports centers. With education, people can easily get good jobs to earn money, and many more opportunities will open for them. Moreover, poverty will decrease if all pupils are educated; then people will not have to beg for money; they can have good professional jobs and earn money from them. Furthermore, people can exercise and do many other activities to remain fit at home, but to get an education, people need coaching classes and colleges, which are necessary.
To conclude, both garden and sports facilities and educational institutions are important to life, but having more educational institutions is more important because we can exercise at home, but to gain an education, individuals need good coaching classes. So, in new town planning, more educational institutions should be built for a bright future.
