Unployeement has one the crucial part in our life. Whereas few individual believe that when they satisfy to do a work other then unemployed is the best option. I completely disagree with this statement and I think umployement is the enormous way to gain experience.
Work experience people have tremendous changes to get different kinds of jobs, whatever they do previously. In addition, employee have more benefits because they have numerous knowledge in terms of there field. For instance, if a person work in industries or company so one should know how to deal with plenty of people, after that one acquire intellectuality then others. These days, majority of the company look out only for experience person rather than beginners.
There are most of the people who do not like other work only for money, they want to enjoy there work. They do not believe in gathering experience instead of satisfaction. It is may be happens to waste their couple of years but they could not be step back. For example, there are plenty of cases if individual do a job who unconvenient for them, it is a huge issues after certain time such as they take a suicide and many more. I think that, these are the drawback to do any kind of jobs.
