These days, whether unemployment is better than working in a job that one despises is a controversial topic. Much as agreed by many that a person should leave the job which he hates, it is firm in my belief that the former option is not better than the latter option and both options are equal in both downsides and upsides.
Many people maintain that getting rid of the disliked jobs can release you out of your distress and tension; however, staying unemployed can take a heavy toll on your family’s financial situation due to your lack of a stable income to maintain your life and reliance on members of family. Concurrently, it would take you a long time to find a job in this competitive-ever-than-before job market by virtue of the myriad number of labourers, which can lead you an extreme tension as you need to rush in order to make a living. In conclusion, staying jobless instead of applying for an inferior job can wield very negative influence to a person regarding the financial strain and the challenges in your job-finding path again.
There is no doubt that working in a dreadful job can engulf a person in a stressful and fatique working ambience, which definitely can limit his dexterity, ability and lead to several mental problems. Notwithstanding that, it is firm in my assertion that it is still quite advantageous to take it as an provisional job until you have sufficient resources to leave it. While one is working in that tiring and dull job, he still gains a monthly salary helping him secure a livelihood whether he fancies it or not. At the same time, he could set aside a portion of his hard-earned money to prepare for the searching of new jobs in the foreseeable future, reducing the strain he puts on his finance during the without-a-job time interval.
To sum it up, i am not on the same side with this statement because i reckon that both have their negatives and positives equally.
