Individuals share opinions that plant trees will bring more benefits to the cities or town if compared to construct new accommodations. From my perspective, I would lean towards such a view and will analyze it in detail in the following essay.
On the one hand, construct more housing can bring several positive aspects to society and dwellers. As we can be seen that, urbanization is currently a serious reality in many developing countries over the world, people need accommodations to live and stabilize their life, before centralizing on career and devoting to society, to country. Therefore, erecting affordable housing to meet the people demands is necessity. Furthermore, the new constructions in open areas have the ability to reduce heavy traffic jams and lower overpopulation in city’s center.
On the other hand, plant more trees in open spaces is more vital to generate a stable development for people. Nowadays, pollution is one of the most concerns over the world when the modernization is unstoppable. Minimizing new buildings, instead planting a large number of trees will have the benefits to environment such as lower higher temperature and generate fresh air to breathing, thus, protecting people’s health and preventing diseases. Another reason is aesthetic cities. Having many lines of green trees create a beautiful and stunning scene, that can occur as attractive destinations for both local and tourist to sightseeing or have an impressive experience.
Overall, while introducing more accommodations has several advantages to towns and cities, however, from my opinion, plant new tress is more essential and suitable with the evolution of society.
