In this competitive era, cooperation and competitive skills both are necessary. Few individuals argued that must be motivated through comepetetition from a young age. However, opponents believe that children ought to taught cooperative skills instead of competition in primary school and high school. I agree with later view. Although, in this essay, I will discuss my views with relevant examples.
There are many benefits children learn cooperative skills. To begin with, upbrings can communicate with everyone. Also, they communicate with their parents, teachers and elderly people with respect. Secondly, children cope up with any children and they shave their Ideas, opinions and suggestions with each other. Apart from this, they speak fluently and politely through communication. A recent article showed that, in school, making a project in group it is best activity for cooperate with each other. Every children share their ideas and learn diverse skills such as, creativity, thinking ability and problem-salving. As a result, Children communicate with each other and become extrovert.
On the other side, children learn many skills by competition. For example, they build their confidence. Additionally, children inspired more through any competition. They do not fear about any competition and they learn more courage, such as stage fear is big dilemma in every children. In school, if children take part in any drama, dance or act. As a result, they do not fear at that time because of they did practice more. By way of exaplification, if a school conduct any competition it is good for any children because of any competition they can different skills, such as, improve their cognitive skills, confidence, ability, problem and many more.
In conclusion, school is the optimum way to learn about cooperation and competition skills. Moreover, any school organise more and more competition for students but without any reward and judgement.
