Many people believe that entertainers earn too much money. I agree that some entertainers receive excessively high salaries, while I believe that doctors and teachers should also be highly paid because they play essential roles in society.
One reason why I agree that entertainers are paid too much is that their salaries are disproportionately high compared with their contribution to society. They earn huge amounts of money through sponsorships and advertisements because their popularity attracts millions of people and helps companies generate profits. For example, a well-known footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo, can earn millions through sponsorship deals in addition to his salary. Therefore, entertainers are often paid much more than their contribution to society justifies.
On the other hand, doctors and teachers should be highly paid because they make significant contributions to society. Doctors save human lives, while teachers prepare the next generation for a better future. Moreover, both professions require years of education, training and hard work. For example, one of my relatives once faced a critical situation, so a doctor quickly made an important decision to move the patient to the ICU for better treatment. This shows how doctors can make important decisions that directly affect people’s lives. Therefore, doctors and teachers deserve high financial rewards.
In conclusion, I agree that some entertainers are paid excessively, while doctors and teachers deserve higher salaries because of their valuable contributions to society.
