Some people argue that history is an important subject, while others think that science and technology are more useful and beneficial for students. In this essay, I will discuss both views and give my own opinion.
On the one hand, some individuals believe that history should be taught from early childhood. History gives knowledge about our ancestors, their culture, and information about past kings and rulers. It teaches children about how people lived in the past and about ancient civilizations such as Harappa and Mohenjodaro, which had advanced technologies like underground drainage systems. History also helps improve imagination and teaches lessons from past wars and strategies. Children can learn how past societies developed and how leaders made decisions during difficult times.
On the other hand, some people say that science and technology are more helpful because they provide practical and visual knowledge. Nowadays, learning is not limited to books. Students use technology to learn through animated videos and online platforms. For example, children watch videos related to their topics and understand concepts more clearly than by just reading. Technology is used everywhere in daily life, including in education, hospitals, and transport. Science helps students understand machines, gadgets, and modern inventions. It prepares them for the future.
In my opinion, science and technology are more beneficial for students. While history gives important lessons, science helps children learn in an engaging and interactive way. With the help of animations and digital tools, students can easily understand difficult topics. Therefore, I believe science and technology play a more important role in modern education.
