It is asserted that reading online reviews is of great popularity by which shoppers could he familiar with others experience about a good or service they want to purchase whereas in contrast, many cannot trust these reviews. In my view, these reviews could be of great help for buying unfamiliar products or services such as a new-produced gadget.
Reviews could be considered as one of the most helpful options by which, people would make wise decisions during shopping. The advecotes of this option,including me, are of the opinion that these reviews could bring us more detail about the good or service which we plan to purchase, especially when we want to buy something for the first time and that we are not familiar with the profits and drawbacks, also it has a high cost that makes us more sceptical. Take a new gadget (laptop) as an example; online reviews of those who bought it before, might be the only way that could promote our awareness about the product.
There are, on the other hand, a latter group who are against of online reviews and of the opinion that it is hard to trust them.The reason behind that could be their nasty expeience of trustung to a review and buying a stuff for the sake cf that, but it turned out a bad shopping, buying some groceries online which are not as fresh as the reviews said, could be an appropriate example of it. To my mind, these kind of unpleasenl experiences are not usually the case and happen time to time.
To sum up, I personally prefer to trust and read reviews before purchasing especially when it comes to a new shop on the grounds that they could make me aware of all the features of tha both goods and stores.
