In recent years, there has been an increasing debate regarding the search of the most efficient way to elevate population health. While some individuals consider sport institutions to be the most effective solutions, others claim different initiatives to be more beneficial. In this essay, I want to analyze both of this points of view and share my honest perspective on this issue.
To begin with, community well-being has always been a major problem. The causes vary greatly: genetic illnesses, lack of nutrients, poor diet, obesity, water quality, pollution, viruses, harming lifestyle and many others. Some people believe that solely establishing more sport institutions may solve this. For instance, various exercises and thoughtfully prepared plans might really improve patient’s state. Speaking from my experience, I know a lot of people who tend to go to gyms or other recreational centers aiming to get in shape or grow muscles. These activities have positive impact on the health, nevertheless they usually do not help with more serious problems, which are really popular among people nowadays.
Since reasons are different, solution must be complex too. Besides sport facilities, the focus needs to be on other crucial areas too. Indeed, we must implement vaccination programs to prevent infectious diseases. Undoubtely, we must educate younger generation on this matter to achieve visible results. Campaigns and educational programs must be created on governmental levels. Everyone should understand and promote health education to encourage healthy lifestyle. Enforcing food safety and nutrition standards to reduce diet-related illnesses is essential as well.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that both sport establishments and other measures are highly valuable. We must work on creating new complex strategies for working out this difficulty and combine them for the best results!
