Individuals believe that offering a larger amount of sport facilities would result in enhanced general health between the ordinary people. While others disagree and think that just doing this could be insufficient providing the alternatives. This essay will discuss both views and explain why I agree with the second option.
To begin with, doing exercise would result in an improved body state for almost everyone. Because by offering more and more sport centres one can find massive opportunities to get fit. For example, by signing to a swimming or fighting club someone can have less risk of diabetes or obesity related diseases. At the same time, this could also be costly as building a whole new facility entails a lot of spending and side investments as well as qualified trainees.
However, all of these mentioned above do not guarantee that an individual, or even a whole nation, would start to do sports on a daily basis. Instead we should focus on the mindset of the people. To be exact, how they treat their own lives. For instance, there was the rise of a bodybuilding movement in the US in the late 20th century, nevertheless this nation still holds the leadership position for having the most obese people. The simple reason is that they were taught how to build muscles or pose, but not why it is significant for their health in general. That’s why, promoting the idea of a healthy life and long-term changes is important.
In conclusion, this essay believes that it is highly beneficial to indulge in alternative methods of getting our general public health improved rather than creating and wasting money on already excessive sport facilities.
