I agree with the statement about friendly environment between colleague makes companies fortunate.
While talking about other important details that makes good companies great, many people consider the impact of investments. The most common way to improve the quality of the organizations is attracting investors. The investor is the person who supports the organization financially and takes the certain amount of the company’s income. When the business is about to start, it needs investment. Many people know about it and consider it as a most important aspect of success in organization. For example, Amazon has investors like Jeff Bezos who plays important role in development of the company.
On the other hand, communication creates healthy environment in colleague. In the other words, if it is easy for worker to reach the managers to warn them about small problems, it would be much easier for managers to find solutions for them. By this, company can achieve great inner conditions and prevent small issues from getting more dangerous. Terrible environment creates bad impressions about managers among workers. For instance, Apple developed good communication between the employers and employees, and became one of the most popular and successful companies in the world.
