Proponents of investing in technology and equipment say that this will make the classroom a more fun and modern place. They argue that children work better in places where they feel relaxed and happy, and modern technology like ipads and interactive whiteboards can make learning more fun. Additionally, new technology can help teachers. Instead of trying to get their students’ attention with just an old blackboard, with new technology, teachers can show their pupils fun and educational videos.
Those who think that spending more money on teachers explain that teachers work very long hours and do not get paid enough. Teacher work not only at school, but they also must spend a lot of time preparing for their classes and checking homework. They say it is only fair to give these teachers more money for their hard work. Furthermore, they say that giving teachers more money will give them more motivation to do their jobs better, and the result will be that students will learn better.
In conclusion, investing in technology and equipment can make learning more fun and help teachers, but giving more money to teachers may be better to reward them for their hard work and give them motivation to work better.
