It is doomed that allocating money to the creation of artworks in rural and urban areas can enhance the quality of life. I, personally, agree with the statement, as it may be beneficial for both the government and locals.
One important reason why spending money installing more works of art in towns and cities can make them better places to live is that it may attract tourists. Since tourists usually travel around the world to see different types of arts, such as paintings and statues because of their interests, it can increase the budget of the government given that items, insurance and flights are more expensive to them than local people. This may lead to allocating more money to basic human necessities such as education, healthcare facilities and public transport, improving the quality of the living environment. Therefore, the government should pay more attention to the installation of artworks.
Secondly, not only does the creation of works of art benefit the government, but it can also positively affect the residents. Looking at art exhibitions, paintings and statues may reduce stress levels of people. It can provide an escape from daily pressures of people, allowing them to take their minds off their problems and unwind. Additionally, beautiful paintings and other artworks can evoke feelings of happiness, which may help people alleviate stress and improve their emotional well-being. Since those advantages of artworks can raise living standards, spending money on these types of works can be worthwhile.
In conclusion, some people claim that expanding the budget for installing more works of art, such as paintings and statues in towns and cities can make these places better to live. I believe that because it may lead to growth of budget and have a positive effect on people’s health.
