There is a view that all members of society should get medical care at no cost. I completely agree with this given opinion, and there are numerous benefits of getting free access to healthcare for everybody, there are some drawbacks worth to mention.
The proposed free medical care may offer several advantages. People become satisfied and fulfilled with this given priority, and can improve their health issues. Some drugs related to certain diseases may cost buckets of money. However, poor part of society cannot offer such treatments, meaning they do not have alternative options. In such cases, free healthcare can be the effective solution for their health problems. Also, happy nation may bring success to the country. It may boost economy, local production and other fields of the country. As a result, the government gets less major setbacks in terms of productiveness, and develops quickly.
Despite these multiple benefits, this initiative will bring major shortcomings as well. Firstly, it may have a huge impact on the capital of the country, lowering the income which comes from hospitality. This may create a financial predicament and political chaos, driving the country bankrupt. Hospitality becomes one of the underdeveloped fields, because of its wide availability. Furthermore, constant and intensive usage of health care may lead to inefficiency, emerging poor management and service. People may start to underestimate and dismiss the jobs related to health. It becomes less prosperous.
In conclusion, I am fully in favor of universal access to free healthcare. While the upsides of such policy can range from satisfaction of nation and sustained efficiency, its downsides can be concerns over the financial viability and detrimental service.
