Nowadays, some people believe studying university and having a university degree is the best way to secure a good job. However, others argued that individuals’ types of skills and working experience are more important. In my view, these both are crucial abilities for keeping their job.
On the one hand, those who graduated university are have more academic knowledge and well-known about their job’s purpose than those who do not. In university people learn numerous skills, such as communication skills, in university or high degree courses usually have to do teammate works for their grades, and it provides people’s communication skill. Moreover, universities are supported their students in many ways, especially, the highest ranking schools. For example, Harvard, they give numerous valuable oppurtunities to their students, such as working on a great number of studies, depending on their major, and it is the one of the reason why people want to studying. Therefore, having university degree individuals keeping their jobs and work positions safety.
On the other hand, skill tell what people can do and experience shows that. In territory, needed numerous types of abilities, such as technical abilities for programming, and soft skills helps to communicate clients, time management and problem-solving. Moreover, experiences are provides new projects or internships. For example, when we have to face to crucial project or meet crucial clients, at this time previous experiences would assist to undergo it. Thus, have an experience and skilled people’s securing them jobs.
In conclusion, securing jobs is dependent on all of them. Having university degrees can tell our acknowledge and substantial experience. Also, skills and experience can assist problem-solving and concrete knowledge. Both are important for keeping job.
