Nowadays, people are arguing about importance of university degrees and skills with experience. Some say that degree will prove your abilities in applying for a job, however others strongly believe that without skills and real-life experience you can’t work. Mostly, I agree with both sides, but prefer opinion about getting degree.
First, getting university degree is crucial. Most world leading companies are interested in degree while accepting their employees. To climb up the career ladder and to get well-paid job, you will surely need it, as most big companies will be hunting you!
Next, skills and experience are a big part of finding well job. But, to get skills, you must work, what means that you will need time to get it. Without spending months on your job and getting qualifications you cannot get much experience.
The last, but not the least, is that do not rush! In general, people cannot wait to get a degree for different reasons, for example they are going to work in ordinary jobs, because they need money. It is a big problem for them, as they are starting to lose their attention on studying and getting distracted by their work.
To summarize, there is no need to rush. My advice is to spend your time getting a university degree, and only then to get a job and climb up the career ladder. After that, you will not need to find jobs, moreover world-leading companies will hunt you and give more opportunities!
