Band 4+: -Some people think it would be better for large companies and industry to move to regional areas outside urban centers

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Many large companies have relocated from urban areas to rural ones in the last few years . It is fact that many people think it is better moving away to the countrysides instead of staying urban areas for large companies. However , I believe that the advantages of this new trend outweight the disadvantages .

On the one hand , there are some upsides to move away rural areas . To begin with it is currency saving. The rural areas often low-cost than urban regions and it allows to reduce expenses and increase profitability. That is why large companies prefer to migrate to countrysides. Another positive aspect is to make more jobs. Move companies to rural araes creates more work opportunities for unemployement citizens who living there . Rural areas often have lack of jobs and these companies provides them with jobs This means that people in the area have work and can support themselves.

One the other hand , there are some drawbacks. One of the most obvious ones is related to work infracture such as , transportation, internet and electricity . As a result these things reduce productivity the reason is that when the employee working with the low internet it can be disturb to work. Usually rural area’s routes not good condition and when it rains , the roads become very slippery and dangerous to drive. This time it can be tricky to find transport and this rain can cause to cut off electricity and it impact to company productivity. Another concern is environmental impact . Industrial activites in regional areas can lead to many effects for example habitat destruction. In recent years many companies are relocating in regioanal areas and it is causing let to habiat destruction . Many trees would be cut off and these trees are very essential in our life .

In conclusion I believe that there are certain downsides of relocating regional areas such as work infractures like transportation , internet , electricity and environmental destruction. i restate that there is a lot to go in these aspects of life as long as move to regional areas is used properly .
