It is true that some people believe that a high salary is a major factor when selecting a company to work for; others think that an important factor is working atmosphere. I think choosing a company with a high salary is important. Now this essay will discuss my opinion.
Generally speaking, if we look around, it can be seen that when people choose a company, a high salary is an important factor. One of the reasons is saving money. In detail, a lot of workers want to save money for the future. Because some workers want to buy a home, a shopping mall, and other things, workers sometimes need more money, which requires a high – salary job. Another reason is that more money is needed for daily life. The reason is that the world develops every day. As a result, almost every product ‘s price increases every day. For example, in my country, a product that cost 100 taka in 2013 costs 200 taka today.
On the other hand, a good working atmosphere is more important than a high salary. The first reason is the provision of personal skills. In detail, when workers do their work, sometimes workers face many dangers. Sometimes these workers need help from other workers. If other workers cannot help these workers, then these workers cannot properly provide personal skills.
In conclusion, after brainstorming my ideas, I would say that many people think that when selecting a company, workers should pay attention to saving money and other things for a high salary. In contrast, other people think that attention to the atmosphere is more important than a high salary. I think choosing a company to work for should prioritize a high salary.
