Some individuals believe that keeping a life is better for them, while others think that constantly changing can be challenging. In my opinion, despite the fact that a stable life leads to a sense of satisfaction and develops physical and mental health, I strongly disagree and believe that constantly changing a life can be better for people because it can be innovative and lead to personal growth.
On the one hand, stability gives a sense of security among individuals. This is because when residents live a stable life, they feel that they are more secure than in a constantly changing world, which provides a sense of security. Furthermore, a regular lifestyle can contribute to physical and mental well-being, as consistent sleep patterns, healthy eating foods, and regular exercise make it easier to maintain their well-being and reduce their mental stress. For example, if people do run on a daily basis, running makes them perfect not only physically but also mentally. However, sometimes a stable life can lead to a feeling of monotony and a lack of excitement, which is why I believe that changing is necessary.
On the other hand, changing constantly facilitates gaining new skills and creativity. Due to the fast-paced world, individuals have a chance to acquire and achieve creative and cognitive development. For instance, innovation develops people’s fundamental skills such as problem solving, multi-tasking, and memory retention because they can adapt to changing these skills that they can achieve in their real lives. In addition, constant change fosters resilience, flexibility, and the ability to handle uncertainty, which leads to personal advancement. For these reasons, I strongly argue that constantly changing plays a vital role in developing personal advancement and gaining special skills.
In conclusion, in spite of having satisfaction and mental and physical well-being in stable lives, sometimes it gives them a sense of monotony, which is why I strongly believe that changing the world is of paramount importance for individuals because it leads to personal prosperity and improves creativity abilities.
