Some people believes that organizations should not hire anyone who lacks experience and on the other hand, some believes that it is great act to hire. I agree with the 1st statement and in coming paragraphs, I will discuss both opinions and will explain why I go with the 1st statement.
On one hand, Individual think that companies should not consider someone who is really inexperienced and do not meet their requirements. Many institues give chances to that person who is suitable for the sepcified seat and meet all the requirements and experience in that institute. The reason is quite simple, they need professionals to manage thier companies so they can keep growing themselves in a good way in the advanced world. A candidate who has minimum experience can’t take thier organization to a top level and to compete with thier competitors.
On the other hand, there is an opposite statement which reflects that having an employe who lacks experience is the best choice for thier company. They think that having a fresh canditate who has just finished his university education would be a life changing decesion. For example, a candidate who is freshly graduated can lead better with his new and inovational ideas and compnay can get benefits.
On the last, I think having a newly member in the organization with low amount of experience can be beneficial sometimes with his amazing ideas but I’m truely go with the someone who has spent a lot of time in this field and faces downfall and tough time. All these things make him strong and made him prepare to face the future challenges.
