One part of society belifes that employers should to monitor employees personal social media, while the second part think that is not showld allowed. Let’s discuss about two opinions and consider about it.

For the first, we will take that emloyers showld alowed to do it. Firstly, it seems dmratically rude and useless to monitor your emloyees social media, becouse this is not your responsibility. However, let’s consider a litle bit deeper. Sometimes with wathing your worker media, you can find valuable details about character, unique abilities, arguments why is he or she essential for the part of work or just to be more closer for that senior due to good attitude between you and that person. It can rice the precent pf good work and overall whole athmosphere in the office, that provide brilliant future for the company.

On the other hand, monitoring someone’s social media are not good side of an employer, because it always means that your boss can know anything about you and yo can loose yor own personal space, that have to be respected from the everyone around you, in spite that character can be a big cheese from your occupation. All of that acts can ruin good relations between you, because of dissability of keeping ethical normals from your boss.

In conclusion, we understand that both sides of one hand can be sightly diffirent, and that is obvious, because everything has advantages and disadvantages. All that you need, it’s too notice some details about that worker, is it normal to monitor her or his social media or not, and only after that start to act, this is only a safe way to have a good measures of work, because a lot of things depends on yhe menthal health of the workers, notice that espessially if you are someones employer.
