Individuals argue that achieving a certificate from tertiary educational institutions is the best path to guaranteeing a better job,while others believe that it would be beneficial to directly go into the work and attain experience. This essay will discuss the idea that a guaranteed job will be supported by a certificate owing to an individual’s capabilities, whereas direct work and take skills are important to guarantee a job due to the increasing of skills. However, I am more convinced about the first viewpoint.
Most of the time, when individuals join for working tasks and getting experience, they gain some effective capabilities that support them in securing a job. Furthermore, when members of the public join in work without a certificate, they save quality time. That is because to get a certificate from the university, students need sufficient time, which is about four or five years, so they use time in their work that would be helpful for them. However, I believe that having a certificate prioritizes getting a good job, so without a certificate, it is less secure.
On the other hand,taking a certificate is guaranteed to help a student get a good job due to their special capabilities. The university tech students learn how to learn these abilities, which will have a great impact on them later on. That is because students spend quality time getting a certificate that is significantly valuable. For example, a university-passed student would guarantee a good job as he has a guaranteed certificate to tackle losing a job and receive respect from everyone. As a consequence,I strongly believe that a skilled university student deserves a better job.
