St is believed by some people that degree is must to get a better job while other says that hoving some relevant experience is important. This essay will elaborate both views as well as my opinion.
Higher education plays a vital role for getting high ranked jobs. For example if someone wants to be a doctor, they can’t get into that career without having a degree. As everyone knows that these sorts of jobs require in-depth knowledge and it can only be obtained through a degree. Along with this, graduates have more career opportunities that opens a way to earn more money.
Few people argue that an employer looks for a skilled and experienced staff as they believe in practical knowledge instead of theoretical. There are few jobs such as painter and drivers which can be done professionally without spending years in the university. Moreover, individuals get some soft skills throughout their work experience, for instance, cooperation, teamwork, time management’s, problem solving, etc.
According to my point of view, obtaining a degree helps people in many ways to find a secure career and top earning position.
In conclusion, certainly, past experience is valuable to get a secure job but I think university degree is more significant to find a better career.
