Healthcare is the mosst crucial thing for almost everyone. Some individuals claim that taking care of workers’ health is better for companies. However, the others think that the companies ought to spend money other sides of works with increasing salaries, bonuses and extra time off. In my opinion, both sides are right in their views which will be discussed in this essa.
On the one hand, health insures can develop companies. To be more specific, if employers offer some insures to the workers about their health, there will be less people who are sick at the work. Therefore, workers can do their work effectively and this makes companies better. Aditionally, taking care of workers saves their budgets. In other words, when thrse individuals get ill, they will not pay money
On the other hand, companies should offer high salaries to their employees. If people earn much money, they will derive comfortable livestyles and they can take care of their health Furthermore, bonuses and extra time off are important. Some people work hard and do their work effectively. So, these people should get promotion. Other people who work extra should get extra money.
In conclusion, taking all above-mentioned points into the account, the people with supporting the idea of taking care of employees’ health and the opposide side who holds the view of spending money other sides of work think correctly in their own turn.
