There is an ongoing debate about whether the individuals should select their work according to its salary due to providing bread for their family. I believe that money is a necessary aspect for choosing a work. But also there are other details which have to be taken account such as the passion and love for this occupation.
I support the idea that the money is a crucial aspect for choosing a job. There are two main reasons behind that. Firstly, i think that the money is like an estimation of someone’s labour. As a result it naturally makes people think that the income should be proportional to their total work. Another reason is helping family financially, as it’s the main goal of the majority. For example, my dad was initially a barber, but for making enough money for us, he always tries new fields. He tests the delivering area with his brand new bike lately.
We can list some other factors for choosing jobs like the enthusiasm and the affection for this job. I actually think that these aspects are more relevant for youngsters compared to elderly individuals. Because they are building their future, they should be sure that they will never get bored and be satisfied about what they are doing. As an example i want to mention myself. Two years ago, i brainstormed a lot and eventually decided that i want to pursue a career in data science area because of my large interest in logistics and mathematics.
To conclude, several people support the idea that individuals must give more weight to money for their family’s life quality while choosing their jobs. I also think that money plays a big role in the work selection, but also believe that everyone should consider other details such as their interest and affection towards an occupation.
