there is a debate between people about technology has mad education more easier and effective, whereas others think that it has made students less focused .
On the first hand technology makes education easier and more effective because it has developed specially in recent year with just one click and you find what you are looking for. Artificial Intellegence become the savor of student with the develop and Quick research that he had, it takes you about 10 second and he gives you all the information and the important sources that you need. For example i used to go to library searching for books and searching on websites to do my presentation, now i do it with ai since he has unlimited sources so i depend on him to complete my researches without spending time on searching for the main resources he complete all the mission. As a resault many student now are capable to do presentation and understanding lectures so it’s really helpfull.
On the other hand technology makes student less focused and too lazy the main disadvantage is social media distract students from studying, scrolling on social media (tiktok, instagram…) makes you spend a lot of time on unnecessary things that not benefit you, another reason is student they depend on Ai to do their homework without doing un effor which they cant understand the lecture and exercices which cause them a problem when they face a real exam. speaking on exames many student now uses Ai to cheat which is i believe its strict and harmful actions for the education.
to conclude technology play significant role on education, it helps student for their learning but we need to use it with cautiously because it’s a weapon.
