In today’s modern era, some people claim that physical activities may support to release of mental issues in society but others contend that it is only for playing games. In the further paragraphs, I will discuss both sides of view and reveal my perspective.
First and foremost, most of them are competitive to get more income because they think that it can boost their status. Therefore, especially in social parties, the population of younger generations is less involved and interested except for their vocational jobs. In this way, loneliness, depression, and suicidal thoughts may be encouraged because individuals do not have time to rest and recreate their minds like playing sports activities. According to the survey, in Japan, employers are vehemently to get promotions by working overtime in their work which may lead to a rise in suicide rates, for instance. These points highlight sports are needed for society because they can interact with people in public rather than waste time in front of the computer the whole day.
On the other hand, sports may not assume only a playing game because it has a crucial impact on physical and mental issues. For instance, when a person who may feel depressed decides to any sports, they may need to go to a club and can also start a conversation, create friends, and discuss general matters with others in there. Furthermore, changing physical appearance can boost self-esteem and confidence among colleagues and promote a healthy lifestyle for long-term spans. Above the solutions, I strongly assert that there are massive benefits in society such as it can elevate the living standard and cope with health problems.
To recapitulate, sports are partially important to raise social values in the community. Ultimately, it may be considered as a priority issue instead of a recreation.
