it is argued that strict punishments for driving should be taken to reducing in traffic crimes.while other people think that it would be better to take some necessary steps for developing road safety
First of all, by strict penalizing, it will help to control driving offence, that is occurred by few drivers. For example, for illicit driving licence a driver should be sent to prison, and should be given him at least 6 months sentence for it.Another reason is that penalty can control all kinds of offence that is done by drivers. Without punishment, it will not be possible to reducing traffic jam that is common seen in any cities or countries
on the other hand, people think that initiative steps are more effective to control traffic system. Such as,it is important to educate public who are not aware of traffic rules, and after educating, they have to start driving. Secondly, more attention could be given during the driving, and concentration helps a driver to calm and relax during the driving. Finally, proper investigation can control traffic crimes, and it is possible by authority or government who rules the country.
