Nowadays, there are disputes about the fact that history shoud not be studied. Some people think that it is essentialm others think that learning history is a waste of time, and there is no importance in this.
Most people when they start studying history,they start to memorize facts, for example, they memories dates, names, events and so on, which is not used in everyday life. Moreover, they will be remembiring it for a short time, because they will not use it in the future, in most cases. If we could actually learn from history, it wouldn’t be full of the same repeated mistakes, However, the same mistakes are made again and again, which makes history irrelevant to learn for the future. But, this view is not universally accepted.
