The perfect result always stays in the end, and individuals have to strive for a long time. Some people believe that if workers are determined to succeed, they will persevere through the complicated process at work with determination. Others think that factors such as money and appearance are the most crucial of all. I will discuss both views before I give my opinion.
On the one hand, money and appearance often play a decisive role in all aspects of work. Many new companies follow modern trends, so those who are wealthy and live a luxurious lifestyle represent growth and status within companies. Moreover, many businesses prefer to find senior employees who embody success and have an artistic or polished working style. However, this point creates arguments from people who pursue the truth. In many situations, the rich may use money and appearance to obtain high-level results, but reality shows that they leave problems unaddressed due to a lack of genuine ability.
On the other hand, people who rise from humble beginnings but have true capability can absolutely challenge this misconception. Although those from poor or disadvantaged backgrounds may lose opportunities to get a job, they are far from fading into insignificance. When they cultivate a scientific spirit and achieve success through genuine ability instead of relying on money, they can overcome arduous challenges and dispel doubts. Moreover, people who succeed from humble beginnings will develop a bright and promising mindset, combined with determination and sensitivity. For instance, throughout history, many ancient philosophers started with almost nothing yet brought a sense of achievement that has been carried down the centuries and still inspires today.
In my view, it is still unspecified what the main factor in achieving success is. But I strongly believe that the key element of success depends on genuine.
