There is a debate over what plays a crucial role to be in succeed with some saying that strong motivation and hard work have better impact and others including me arguing that successful people are influenced by additional factors such as education, enviroment and opportunities .

For instance, young football players may have natural ability but only those who train regularly every day can reach at professional level.
