When discussing the concept of success, some people argue that primarily reason for success are hard work and determination, while others believe that talent plays a more vital role. While both views hold merit, I believe hard work is the key factor behind success.
Some people are of the opinion that talent has a fundamental role in achieving goals. There are some specific fields which mostly requires talent from people to achieve something. For instance, people should have natural talent to achieve something in art, drawing, and designing. These fields are highly chellenging to acquire for ungifted people. Some individuals are born with a special talent.
On the other hand, many people believe that success in life is mainly the result of hard work. Consistent effort allows individuals to develop essential skills, self-discipline, and resilience, all of which are crucial for achieving long-term goals. Moreover, people who work hard are more likely to learn from their failures and continuously improve themselves over time. For example, successful professionals such as doctors, engineers, and entrepreneurs usually spend years studying and practicing before reaching their goals. As a result, hard work creates sustainable success rather than temporary achievements.
To conclude, although talent may have a significant influence in achievement, I maintain that the main distribution of the results in everything and every field is continuous hard work and discipline.
